We invite you to join us for the first annual Google in Education Fairfax Summit to be held at Lee High School on August 19th and 20th, 2013. This high intensity two day event focuses on deploying, integrating, and using Google Apps for Education and other Google Tools to promote student learning in K-12 and higher education. The program features Google Certified Teachers, Google Apps for Education Certified Trainers, practicing administrators, solution providers, Google engineers, and representatives from the Google education teams.

Robert Muskett is a frequent Google Summit presenter who focuses on how the session content will help students work collaboratively. His school, Robert E. Lee High School in Virginia, explored Google integration early on with move to school-wide use of GAE in 2011. He is former Advanced Placement U.S. History teacher and College Board Examination Reader. Since 2005, he has been a School-Based Technology Specialist with Fairfax County Public Schools. As adjunct professor with Trinity Washington University, he has developed several graduate level Instructional technology courses. He is developng a Google Apps for Educators course for the Spring 2014 catalog. He is credentialed as a SMART Exemplary Educator, SMART Certified Lesson Developer (SCLD), Turning Technologies Distinguished Educator, TurningPoint Certified Master Trainer, Microsoft Office Specialist, and a Star Educator with the Discovery Education Virginia Leadership Council.
