We invite you to join us for the first annual Google in Education Fairfax Summit to be held at Lee High School on August 19th and 20th, 2013. This high intensity two day event focuses on deploying, integrating, and using Google Apps for Education and other Google Tools to promote student learning in K-12 and higher education. The program features Google Certified Teachers, Google Apps for Education Certified Trainers, practicing administrators, solution providers, Google engineers, and representatives from the Google education teams.

Frank Franz has taught Social Studies in Fairfax County Public Schools for the past 21 years. He started flipping his AP US Government class in January 2012, and fully flipped all of his classes in the fall of 2012. Frank has presented on flipped learning at many levels, most recently at edcamp MetroDC. Frank holds a MEd in Curriculum & Instruction from George Mason University, and lives in Fairfax City with his wife Teresa and three undisciplined Chihuahuas.
