I have been in Education for over 13 years, starting my career as a substitute teacher and then moving on to teach Technology Tools in middle school. I moved into the School Based Technology Specialist role about 7 years ago when I accepted a position at Key Center School - a school for students with severe intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities and autism. Prior to making the transition to education, I worked in the aerospace and defense industry in marketing and strategic planning. I also was an independent consultant helping small business start-ups with office automation, as well as a stay at home mom. I have a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin; an MBA from George Washington University; graduate Education credentials from George Mason University. I am married with two grown children.
