We invite you to join us for the first annual Google in Education Fairfax Summit to be held at Lee High School on August 19th and 20th, 2013. This high intensity two day event focuses on deploying, integrating, and using Google Apps for Education and other Google Tools to promote student learning in K-12 and higher education. The program features Google Certified Teachers, Google Apps for Education Certified Trainers, practicing administrators, solution providers, Google engineers, and representatives from the Google education teams.

Come hear about how the Blue Ridge Virtual Governor's School has been able to create, manage, and implement large collaborative project based learning activities using Google Apps! Students are learning REAL 21st century skills while the technology is there as a support system to the LEARNING. We will be talking about every part of the projects from development with teacher teams to assessment and presentation. This is a great session for Admins, ITRTs, and teachers interested in getting more projects into the SOL classroom!
