We invite you to join us for the first annual Google in Education Fairfax Summit to be held at Lee High School on August 19th and 20th, 2013. This high intensity two day event focuses on deploying, integrating, and using Google Apps for Education and other Google Tools to promote student learning in K-12 and higher education. The program features Google Certified Teachers, Google Apps for Education Certified Trainers, practicing administrators, solution providers, Google engineers, and representatives from the Google education teams.

Find out what Google’s 20 Time is and how it can be utilized in the classroom to inspire creativity and innovation all while meeting key Common Core State Standards. Explore three ways K-12 can integrate 20 Time in the classroom. The session will end with a 20 Time template series inspired by Google Certified Teachers that will give a step-by-step guide for implementing 20 Time in the 7-12 classroom. Mini-lessons on digital citizenship and presentation style will also be shared.
